Returns & Exchanges

As a print-on-demand company, SailAway Tees produces products uniquely per order. Therefore, our policies on returns and exchanges are as follows:

  • Returns and Exchanges:

    • We do not support returns or exchanges if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or changes their mind.
  • Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:

    • We offer a free reprint or a refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors.
    • To request a reprint or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
    • Use the “Submit issue” form and include a clear photo of the issue.
  • Incorrect Orders:

    • SailAway Tees will not be responsible for reprints or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color.
  • Unsuccessful Deliveries:

    • For unsuccessful deliveries, you may choose a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.
  • Print Placement Tolerance:

    • For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement is allowed. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
